Kyle Paynter, M.Arch
Kyle comes from a background in architectural technology studies in Canada. Pursuing further education he moved to Australia to advance his studies. Graduating with a Masters of Architecture in 2021, Kyle was the top ranking graduate among his peers. Kyle’s early career has been eventful, and exposed him to stylish residential builds, luxurious condominium constructions, and high end retail installations. His dedication towards good design and sustainability shows through his work, which can be found on many freelance projects around the Gold Coast.
Colin Burton, Cert IV BLD. + CONS.
Colin comes from a long history of design and shopfitting experience on the Gold Coast. Originally from the UK, in 1969 he made an epic overland Journey to Australia. Establishing a successful shopfitting business in 1987 he gained decades of invaluable experience in retail design, joinery and shopfitting, semi-retiring in 2015. He now sees to varied design work around the Gold Coast, including work for well known clients such as Robina Town Center and Pimpama City. He is passionate about maximizing the spaces client’s present him with through design, creating impacting and memorable visual experiences.
Wayne Ranson, 3D Model + Render
Wayne has an absolute passion for designing anything in 3D. With 35 years of designing, selling, building, installing and remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, Wayne has had a vast array of experiences, having notable clients such as Singapore Airlines, Griffith University, United Petroleum, and karratha Airport among others. Wayne’s experiences also extend to the running of a successful Graphic design Business, the building of three homes, and the renovation of many others. As a designer, Wayne is very in touch with building and how things go together and work, and the product he produces is a testament to that.
